Signups are: OPEN

1. You must be a member (or have requested membership) and have read the rules first.
2. You may not use the character or pairing that you used from the previous round. (Obviously not applicable for this round!)
3. Only five people may have the same character/pairing. Once five people have claimed a character/pairing, you must choose another.
4. Please make sure that you want to do this challenge. If you think you will not finish it, then let someone else have it the character or pairing. :)
5. Sign-ups close on the 31st. Sign ups will continue to be open until voting is posted as this is the first round.

When you choose a character you may also use pictures of the actor if you cannot find one of the character for theme/category or artist's choice.

1) To participate, you must be a member of the community and be signed up in a round.

2) Icon entries must be made for this community and not previously created work.

3) All icons must be to livejournal standards, meaning 100x100 pixels, jpg, png or gif format and must be under 40 kb.

4) Animations are not allowed unless stated in the rules & info post for that round.

5) All posts at your LJs must remain public until the winners are announced for the round.

6) When submitting an entry post, please include 3 teaser pictures (maximum) and a link to your full icon post. If you choose to post your icons here, please post the remainder of your entry behind a cut/fake-cut.

7) Subject for posting must be: Round #: your username

8) Do not tag your posts.

The 20 icons will be divided into 3 types:

• 10 themes
• 5 icons in a certain category
• 5 artist's choice

If you'd like to apply to make banners for the winners, please do so here.
